À presque 40 ans, Thomas veut vivre de la pêche artisanale. Ancien juriste et petit-fils de marin-pêcheur, il embarque à bord du fileyeur Sirroco, basé à Audierne. Il y rejoint Aurélien et David, matelots depuis leurs seize ans. Entre vie idéalisée et réalité socio-économique, les marins racontent leur métier et leur outil de travail.
